Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how we ship your promotional products.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
All products ship FOB from our manufacturing facilities using approved carriers. Our standard carriers are UPS and FedEx, with ground shipping as the default method.
Shipping charges are billed to the IDProductsource account unless the client provides their own carrier account number. If you prefer to use your own shipping account, please include the account number and carrier details with your order.
Drop-Shipping to Multiple Locations
Yes, we offer drop-shipping to different locations. Here's how it works:
- The first location ships at no additional handling fee, plus normal shipping charges.
- Each additional location incurs an $8.00 drop-ship fee plus applicable shipping charges.
- Orders shipping to more than 15 locations are evaluated individually. Please contact sales@idproductsource.com for a custom quote.
Important: Drinkware, bags, and writing instruments must ship in minimum order quantity increments per destination to ensure safe packaging and fulfillment.
International / Overseas Transit
International orders ship via UPS Express Saver or FedEx International Priority, with typical transit times of 1–3 business days once shipped.
All international shipments go through export and import customs clearance. Please be aware that:
- Local duties, taxes, and import fees may apply at the destination country.
- These fees are not included in our shipping estimates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs processing times vary by country and may add additional days to delivery.
Third-Party Shipping Accounts
Some of our manufacturing facilities use fully automated shipping systems and cannot process third-party shipping accounts. In these cases, shipping will be billed through IDProductsource.
If you have found a lower shipping rate through your own carrier account, let us know. We will make every effort to match or beat competitive shipping pricing where possible.
Multiple Shipments & Tracking
Orders that include products manufactured overseas may arrive over multiple days due to customs processing and varying transit schedules.
For bulk international orders, products are first shipped to our Florida warehouse, then shipped out to the final destination with a typical 1-day turnaround from warehouse receipt.
This process may result in multiple packages and tracking numbers for a single order. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it is dispatched.
Additional Fees & Surcharges
The following additional fees may apply to shipments:
- Package redirects: $20.00 per box
- Address corrections: $20.00 per box
- Package intercepts: $20.00 per box
To avoid address correction fees, please double-check all shipping addresses before order submission.
COD (Cash on Delivery) shipping is not available.
Inspection & Claims
Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. It is important to verify quantities, product condition, and imprint quality as soon as your order arrives.
Claims for shortages, defects, or shipping damage must be reported within 14 business days of delivery. After this period, merchandise is considered accepted.
All merchandise becomes the customer's property upon carrier delivery at the shipping destination. Any visible damage to packaging should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is available upon written request. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, please notify us at the time of order placement or before your order ships.
