Satin Stitch Satin Stitch

1. Garment should be clean, and freshly laundered ( new items). 2. Set iron to 330° Fahrenheit (or 165.5° Celsius). 3. Thoroughly iron the area of where the patch will be placed on the garment. 4. Place the patch on the garment, embroidery facing up. 5. Place a cloth or a light towel over patch, and press down firmly, whilst slowly circling the area for 20 seconds. 6. Turn garment inside out, and iron the backside of the patch area for 30 seconds. 7. Let the garment and patch cool for 1 minute. If the edge of the patch can still be lifted, repeat step 6. Permanence of application is guaranteed by sewing. Do NOT use on fabric types with a low melting point (nylon, vinyl, leather, etc). Test on a small section first. Do NOT bleach. Industrial Application: 1. Garment should be clean, and freshly laundered ( new items). 2. Set iron to 330° Fahrenheit (or 165.5° Celsius), and ensure that the power is 3.5 par. 3. Place the garment, patch, and Teflon ironing sheet in the press. 4. With medium pressure, push down the top for 20 seconds. 5. Let the garment and patch cool for 1 minute. If the edge of the patch can still be lifted, repeat step 4. Permanence of application is guaranteed by sewing. Do NOT use on fabric types with a low melting point (nylon, vinyl, leather, etc). Test on a small section first. Do NOT bleach.
